NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 15th, 2014 in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on May 15, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples FL 34112.
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 5, VILLAGE WEST, a Condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in OR Book 1174, Pages 1293 through 1353, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
