NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10 day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-003709, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF THE GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-16 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-16 is the Plaintiff and IVONNE CHAVEZ BRIAR LANDING AT THE ENCLAVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGE VENTURES, LLC DBA ACCESS HOME LENDERS BASILIO ALONSO A/K/A BASILO ALONSO; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 12 day of MAY, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 4, BUILDING 13, BRIAR LANDING AT THE ENCLAVE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4022, PAGE 2050, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4025, PAGE 1900, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
