NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 4, 2012 in Civil Case No. 112010CA0004580001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and ADALINE FOURNIE, ADALINE FOURNIE, GERALD J. FOURNIE, JEANETTE LUTHER, CHESAPEAKE MANOR, INC., COLLIER COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., TALL PINES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT 1, UNKNOWN TENANT 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALD J. FOURNIE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANETTE LUTHER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14 day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 79, TALL PINES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT TECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
