NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of February, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 4442, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Manatee County's Public Auction website, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 9th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE PART OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, LYING EAST OF ROCK CREEK AND WEST OF EAST LINE OF SECTION 18; LESS LAND DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 444, PAGE 511, O.R. BOOK 448, PAGE 252 AND O.R. BOOK 501, PAGE 721, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
