B. Chips Shore, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 17th day of April, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, GREENBROOK VILLAGE, SUBPHASE P, A/K/A GREENBROOK RUN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 120 THROUGH 124 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
