NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2011 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on May 6, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
Lot 20, of THE JOHN GAGLIANESE SUBDIVISION, less the East 15 feet for road right-of-way, as per p1at thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 29, public records of MANATEE County, Florida and an easement of ingress and egress according to easement recorded in Deed Book 293, Page 487, pub1ic records of MANATEE County, Florida together with water rights from we11 which is located on Lot 12, of the JOHN GAGLIANESE SUBDIVISON mentioned above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
