NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003261 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and James M. Grow and Kristin L. Grow, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 31, OF LAKESIDE PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 1 THROUGH 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
