NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of March, 2014, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 2009 CA 002755 (B), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on April 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK A, OF TWENTY SIXTH STREET ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
