Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3-24-2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CC-000510 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein RIVER CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and HIDEO HORAGUCHI; CUONG KIM HORAGUCHI; BMO HARRIS BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS AMERICAN BANK AND THEN GOLD BANK BY VIRTUE OF MERGER; ADVANCEME, INC.; EQUABLE ASCENT FINANCIAL, LLC and SUNTRUST BANK are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 22 day of April, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 147, RIVER CLUB NORTH, Lots 113-147, according to the Plat Book 25, Pages 164 through 179, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; the street address of which is: 10103 Clubhouse Drive Bradenton, FL 34202.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
