NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014 entered in Case No. 2013CA000565 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Raymond L. Young; Jackie Lynn Young and State of Florida are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 4/25/14, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 588 AND 589, PALMETTO POINT SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 124 THROUGH 127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
