NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008CA012185, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL 1 INC. TRUST 2005-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE6 is the Plaintiff MICHAEL MOLKETIN; CYNTHIA D. GUTTMAN A/K/A CYNTHIA GUTTMAN; MAURICE GUTTMAN II; PENELOPE MOLKETIN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
