NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 CA 008277 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ILIET RAMOS, VICTOR NEYRA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A CHANTELLE WINSTON, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 15th day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 50 FEET OF THE NORTH 100 FEET OF BLOCK 83, PLAT OF INDIAN BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS LANDS CONVEYED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOR STATE ROAD RIGHT OF WAY BY WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN O.R BOOK 401, PAGE 423, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
