NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 005695 NC of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. EST on the 14 day of April, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1542, SARASOTA SPRINGS SUBDIVISION, UNIT 13, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8 PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
