You are HEREBY notified that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as
Unit 23, BERKLEY HOUSE, SARASOTA HARBOUR APARTMENTS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 449, Pages 56 through 84 and amended in Official Records Book 776, Pages, 1041 through 1055, and per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 1, Pages 1 through 5, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
more commonly known as 763 John Ringling Blvd., #23-B, Sarasota, FL 34236.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon the Plaintiff's attorney, The Law Offices of Kevin T. Wells, P.A., 1800 Second Street, Suite 808, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before or after service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
