NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-001992 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-EQ1, is Plaintiff and YVES AUGUSTE, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 11th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, Block 1032, 24th ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 14, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property Address: 5296 Deckard NORTH PORT, Florida 34288
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
