NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 14th day of April, 2014, at 9:00AM online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
BEGIN AT THE SW CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE N 0° 33'13” E ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE SE 1/4 OF TILE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 9, A DISTANCE OF 138.17 FEET TO AN IRON ROD FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N 0° 33'13” E ALONG SAID WEST LINE 54.20 FEET TO AN IRON ROD; THENCE S 88° 22'19” E, 100.50 FEET TO AN IRON ROD ON THE WEST ROW LINE OF ALMOND STREET (37.00 FEET WIDE); THENCE S 0° 33'13” W, ALONG THE WEST ROW LINE OF ALMOND STREET 54.20 FEET TO AN IRON ROD; THENCE N 88° 22'19” W, 100.50
FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE SAID PROPERTY IS ALSO DESCRIBED AS LOT 20, AND THE NORTH 10.33 FEET OF LOT 21, AND LOT 19 LESS THE NORTH 6.13 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK 2, BEVERLY TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
