NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 19, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-005746 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and GREG PALMER, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of April, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 266, and that part of Lot 267 described as follows: Begin at the Northerly corner of Lot 267, Unit No. 4, Sarasota Golf Club Colony Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, page 13, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, for a Point of Beginning; thence S 30 21'41” E, 138.65 feet; thence S 39 17'24” W, 4 feet; thence N 50 42'36'” W, 130 feet; thence N 39 17'24” E, 52.21 feet to the Point of Beginning
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
