NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2013, and entered in 2009 CA 002383 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB, is the Plaintiff and JAMES HOPKINS AKA JAMES LEE HOPKINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES HOPKINS ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS, INC. ; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 9, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 11047 AND ALL OF LOTS 11048 AND 11049, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 41, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 1/2 OF VACATED TELFORD DRIVE, LYING ADJACENT TO SAID LOT 11049.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
