NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 2, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 582009CA0025570000NC, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and ANTHONY POMPONIO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY POMPONIO; CYNTHA W. POMPONIO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 11thday of April, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 1736, OF 36TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
