NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007489-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC1, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS E. ROBINSON A/K/A THOMAS ROBINSON A/K/A THOMAS E. ROBINSON JR.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT #1 N/K/A THOMAS E. ROBINSON are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 22nd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT C AND PART OF LOT B, REPLAT OF A PORTION OF MCCLELLAN PARK SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ALSO BEING A PART OF LOT 10, BLOCK D, MCCLELLAN PARK, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT AN OLD IRON PIPE AT THE EAST CORNER OF LOT C, OF REPLAT OF LOTS 11, 12, 13 AND 14, BLOCK D, AND LOTS 5, 6, AND 7 OF BLOCK E, MCCLELLAN PARK SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOTS C AND B, 130.0 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE NORTH 43 DEGREES 40 MINUTES WEST 142.3 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE NORTH 48 DEGREES 53 MINUTES EAST 74.0 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 133.85 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
