NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 16, 2014 entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008063 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Edwin F. Grisales; City of Sarasota, a Municipal Corporation; Gloria Ines Cardona; Carolina Grisales; Jesus Grisales a/k/a Jesus M. Grisales; Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 17th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 1934, 41ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 42, 42A THRU 42F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
