NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000306 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”), is Plaintiff and THOMAS M. ELLIS, CO- TRUSTEE OF THE THOMAS M. ELLIS AND JEANNETTE ELLIS REVOCABLE JOINT TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 29, 2007; JANNETTE ELLIS, CO-TRUSTEE OF THE THOMAS M. ELLIS AND JEANNETTE ELLIS REVOCABLE JOINT TRUST AGREEMENT DATED MAY 29, 2007; THOMAS M. ELLIS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 21 day of April 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK E, GREER'S ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
