NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 31, 2013, in Case No. 2009-CA-10579 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger to AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Cheri L. Smith, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 10th day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1983, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 16, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
