PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, the personal property contents of the following rental units will be offered for sale by public auction to satisfy Bee Ridge Self Storage's lien at Bee Ridge Self Storage, 4050 Bee Ridge Rd., Sarasota, FL 34233 on April 17, 2014 at 1:00 pm or thereafter. TERMS: CASH. We reserve the right to reject all bids. A $50 cleaning deposit will be collected at the time of the sale and refunded after all contents of the units have been removed from the property.
