NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 18, 2014 in Case No. 2013 CC 7071 NC, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will, on April 24, 2014, at 9:00 a.m., via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 45, PHASE I , VILLAGE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1302, Pages 1441 to 1496, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Page 26, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
