NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 10, 2014, in Case No. 2010-CA-010032-NC the undersigned Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
From the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, run N. along the 1/2 sec. line 917 feet to a concrete post; thence due West along North line of a 12-foot right-of-way, which is also the South line of a 20-foot right of way, 950 feet to a concrete monument; thence North 21 degrees 00' West, 200 feet to a concrete monument; thence North 35 degrees 00' West 200 feet to I.P. which is the point of beginning; (these two latter courses being along the Westerly line of a 20-foot right of way) thence continuing along said R/W North 35 degrees 00' West, 100 feet to I.P.; thence due West approximately 314 feet (passing through an I.P. at 239 feet) to the waters of Little Sarasota Bay; thence Southeasterly along the Meanders line and contours of said Bay, to the point where-the Meander - line of said Bay and the P.O.B. herein, will be exactly opposite, East and West, thence due East (passing through an I.P. at 239 feet from the P.O.B.) approximately 303 feet to the point of beginning; and being in U. S. Lot 1, Section 23, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, of Sarasota County, Florida, together with the right of ingress and egress on, over, and across the right of way along the easterly line of said property and other rights of way connecting the same with existing state roads.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on April 30, 2014. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
