NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 17, 2014, both entered in Case No. 2012-CA-004017 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CW2, is Plaintiff and JANICE FOSTER A/K/A JANICE BOLZ FOSTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANICE FOSTER A/K/A JANICE BOLZ FOSTER N/K/A JAMES POGGIO; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 2499, 50TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
