NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-001556-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and DARREN TOBACK, ET AL are the Defendant's, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. or as soon as possible on April 16, 2014, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHERLY 51 FEET OF LOTS 22 AND 24, BLOCK G, LA LINDA TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 85 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
