NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 016453 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2005-7N is Plaintiff and RICHARD RUHL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD RUHL; LYNN RUHL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNN RUHL; BRYAN RUHL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRYAN RUHL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ONEWEST BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 16th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 2, NORTH PORT CHARLOTTE ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 21, 21A THROUGH 21D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
