Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 19, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 12-CA-050572, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,BENEFICIARIES,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS,CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RUSSELL G. HAIGIS, DECEASED, et al., are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 19, Block 44,Unit 11, LEHIGH ACRES, Section 28, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, LEHIGH ACRES according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 252, Page 466, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 21 day of April, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
