NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 18 day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-053147 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORKAS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-16, is the Plaintiff and LESLIE A. HUTCHINSON F/K/A LESLIE A. FINN GUIDICE A/K/A LESLIE A. GUIDICE, CRAIG M. HUTCHINSON, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN# 1000157-0007916243-0), DISCOVER BANK, CAPE CORAL CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 and #2 are defendants.
