The North 60 feet of the following described property: A portion of Lot 23, BONITA FARMS, as per plat thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 3, Page 27, described as follows: BEGINNING at the concrete monument marking the Northeast corner of said Lot 23, BONITA FARMS, being in Section 35, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, thence South 375 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the lands herein described; thence West along a line parallel with the South side of Dean Street 140 feet; thence South along the East side of a 50 foot street known as Harold Avenue for 120 feet; thence East along a line parallel with the said line of Dean Street 140 feet to the East side of Lot 23, BONITA FARMS; thence North along the East side of Lot 23, BONITA FARMS, 120 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, (the same being described as Lots 11 and 12 of an unrecorded survey plat of said Lot 23, BONITA FARMS, prepared by Johnson and Cothorn in April, 1952.)
