NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 19, 2013 in Civil Case No. 11-CA-051228 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and MARY J RICH, WILLIAM A RICH, DISCOVER BANK, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 21 day of April, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 2, UNIT 1, SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 16, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
