NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052301 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Debra Ann Daly, The Unknown Spouse of Debra Ann Daly, Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc. formerly known as Commercial Credit Consumer Services, Inc., Lee County, Florida, Tenant # 1 also known as Constantine Jason Calamos ,Tenant # 2, Tenant # 3, Tenant # 4, Tenant # 5, Tenant # 6, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 11 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
