Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 409, in Building 4, of RENAISSANCE CONDOMINIUMS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereto, and as per plat thereof, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on April 17, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
