UNIT 106, MUIRFIELD AT GOLFVIEW CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2380, PAGE 1977, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
