NOLAN; SUMMER B. NOLAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SHELTER MORTGAGE COMPANY, L.L.C.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on May 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 46 AND 47, BLOCK 4018, UNIT 55, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 92-106, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
