Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 18, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 42, BLOCK âKâ, CHAPEL PINES PHASE 2 AND 1C, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 43 THROUGH 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 30846 MIDTOWN COURT, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33544; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on April 21, 2014 at 11am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
