NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 29, 2013 in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-006696-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is Plaintiff and MARK S SALGUEIRO, GLORIA SALGUEIRO, HARBOR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ANGEL MUNET, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit Number 103, Building 100, Harbor Villas Condominium, Phase Three, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto as recorded in O.R. Book 930, Page(s) 1743, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page(s) 28 and 29, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
