NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-000383-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-9 is Plaintiff and RICK SPECTOR, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com,, at 11:00 AM on the April 16, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
