NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 512012CA2477-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein H&R BLOCK BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and TIBOR CSUHAI; ROSEWOOD AT RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; MONIKA PETO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 22nd day of April, 2014, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 125, ROSEWOOD AT RIVER RIDGE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 22 THROUGH 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
