NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-005303-XXXX-ES in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CW1, Plaintiff, and, KARLA J. TURCOTTE AKA KARLA JUNE TURCOTTE, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 23rd day of April, 2014, the following described property:
LOT 719, LAKE PADGETT ESTATES EAST, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT 1585.42 FEET NORTH AND 872.51 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST; PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN SOUTH 01°43`30” EAST, 90.19 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 84°35`40” WEST 125.44 FEET; THENCE NORTH 02°15`32” WEST, 90.14 FEET; THENCE NORTH 84°35`40” EAST, 126.28 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
