NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 29, 2014, in Case No. 2012-CA-005949 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, John L. White, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 29th day of April, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A tract of land lying in Section 31, Township 25 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 31, thence North 88 degrees 50' 27” West, (assumed bearing) a distance of 330.0 feet; thence South 00 degrees 32' 25” East, a distance of 1320.00 feet for a Point of Beginning. Thence continue South 00 degrees 32' 25” East, a distance of 165.00 feet thence North 88 degrees 50' 27” West, a distance of 294.25 feet; thence North 00 degrees 32' 25” West, a distance of 165.00 feet; thence South 88 degrees 50' 27” East, a distance of 294.25 feet, to the Point of Beginning, less the East 30.00 feet thereof for road right of way.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
