NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003667-WS in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which Maria Tsoulakos is the Plaintiff and Andrew Foord and Patricia Foord, his wife, Paula S. O'Neil, as Clerk of the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, an Illinois corporation, are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Parcel 1:
Lot 9 and the South 1/2 of Lot 10, GULFSIDE TERRACE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page 104 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
AND
The West 20 Feet of the South 125.65 feet of the North 251.31 feet of Lot 34, Block B, U.S. 19 No. 9 Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 66 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Lot 8 and the North 1/2 of Lot 7, GULFSIDE TERRACE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7 Page 104, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
AND
The West 20 feet of the South 125.65 feet of the North 376.96 feet of Lot 34, Block B, U.S. 19 No. 9 Addition, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 66, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
