NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-7473-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein PASCO PROPERTIES, INC. is the Plaintiff, and DARLENE DEEGAN PANESON and CAPRICORN INVESTMENT CORPORATION, INC., are Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on May 5, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Parcel 1-B, Commence at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 24 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida; thence run along the West boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, South 00Ëš 48'15” E, 292.36 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence S 51Ëš07'23” E, 163.44 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 19; thence along said right-of-way line S•38Ëš52'37” W, 105 feet; thence N 51Ëš07'23” W, 76.33 feet to the West boundary of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, thence N 00Ëš48'15” W, 136.43 feet to the Point of Beginning. Also the South 1.5 feet of Lot 13, all of Lots 14, 15, and 16, Block A, GULF BREEZE HEIGHTS, said portion of lot, lots, block and subdivision being numbered and designated in accordance with the plat of said subdivision as the same appears of record in Plat Book 2, Page 59, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
