NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Feburary 26, 2014, and entered in 51-2008-CA-001159-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE4, is the Plaintiff and ALICIA FERNANDEZ GARCIA; CENTERSTATE BANK, N.A. F.K.A CENTERSTATE BANK WEST FLORIDA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 14, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, SAID CURVE HAVING A RADIUS OF 145.00 FEET, INTERIOR ANGLE OF 76 DEGREES 41'46”, CHORD BEARING NORTH 06 DEGREES 36”13” EAST, 178.90 FEET; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE ARC ODF SAID REVERSE CURVE 239.20 FEET TO THE P.T. OF SAID CURVE; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 45'23” WEST, 388,65 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 01;42” EAST, ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4, 400.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AS SET FORTH IN INSTRUMENTS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1821 PAGE 1763 AND OR BOOK 4287 PAGE 1448 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
