NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2014, and entered in 51-2009-CA-007967-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE FIELDSTONE MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST, SERIES 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; VANESSA AILEEN HAMWEY A/K/A VANESSA A HAMWAY; BRIAN LEVESQUE HAMWEY A/K/A BRIAN L HAMWEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR NATIONWIDE LENDING CORPORATION; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 21, 2014 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, BLOCK 23, MEADOW POINT III, PARCEL “V-V”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
