NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 25, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-008028ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-2, is Plaintiff, and KELLY HARRINGTON AUNGST F/K/A KELLY HARRINGTON A/K/A KELLY AUNGST; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELLY HARRINGTON AUNGST F/K/A KELLY HARRINGTON A/K/A KELLY AUNGST; GULF STATE CREDIT, LLC; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 14 day of April, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 145 FEET OF THE SOUTH ½ OF THE WEST ½ OF THE WEST ½ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE SOUTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 14022 12th Street, Dade City, FL 33525.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
