NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000277ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., GREENPOINT MTA TRUST 2006-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR3, Plaintiff, and, ALPHONSE VINCENT DEMEGLIO A/K/A ALPHONSE DEMEGLIO, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of April, 2014, the following described property:
THE NORTH 168 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1324.52 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET AND THE WEST 50 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
