NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 20, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 51-2009-CA-010596-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER J RADO; NICOLE M RADO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; WATERS EDGE SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERS EDGE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 04/24/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
